All prices published or provided by the company are based on the specific service information supplied at the time of reservation, including, but not limited to:

  • Number of passengers

  • Number and type of baggage items

  • Flight details

  • Service date

  • Service time

Last-minute reservations, including reservations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, are subject to actual operational availability and the applicable pricing at the time of reservation.

PRICES, AVAILABILITY AND OPERATIONAL DEMAND

Prices displayed on the website are base prices or prices based on the service conditions and availability shown at the time of publication. They do not constitute a commitment to a final price or service availability for the requested date.

Prices may change from moment to moment, even when a specific price is displayed on the website.

Price changes may result from:

  • Actual availability

  • Demand levels

  • Operational congestion

  • Number of passengers

  • Flight details

  • Baggage

  • Service date and time

  • Service location

  • Service type

  • Additional operational conditions

There may be dates when the company is fully booked, including during Israeli holidays, Saturdays, special dates, and periods of unusually high demand for VIP airport services.

During such periods, the company may be unable to accept additional reservations even if a price is still displayed on the website.

In cases of exceptional demand or full operational capacity, the company may close the website to new reservations or restrict the ability to make reservations.

The website may display a notice such as:

“Reservations Closed Due to High Demand”

or a similar notice.

When the website is closed to reservations due to operational congestion, prices displayed on the website should not be considered valid reservation prices or a commitment by the company to provide the service.

In such circumstances, the company will operate strictly according to actual demand, availability, and operational capacity, and each request will be reviewed individually.

During periods of high demand, prices may change from moment to moment, including before the reservation is completed and before final confirmation is issued.

The applicable reservation price shall be the price presented by the company according to the availability and conditions existing at the time the request and reservation are actually reviewed and processed.

The company reserves the right, according to its operational and commercial considerations, to determine which services are available, on which dates, under which conditions, and at what price.

Before payment and completion of the reservation, the company will provide the customer with the applicable service options and the price available for the specific request.

Only after the customer receives and approves the applicable service details and price, and subject to final confirmation by the company and receipt of the required payment, shall the reservation be considered confirmed.

Prices and availability displayed on the website do not constitute a guarantee of availability for any particular date or passenger and remain subject to actual operational availability and conditions at the time of reservation.

5. DEPARTURE SERVICE – OPERATIONAL PROCESS

Departure service consists of the following consecutive stages.

Each stage is governed by the relevant airport authorities, and all procedures are conducted in full compliance with airport security and operational regulations.

5.1 Stage 1 – Security Profiling and Screening

Initial security profiling and screening is performed with the passengers and their baggage.

This process is normally conducted in a designated area on the arrivals level; however, it may alternatively take place in the departures area.

The location of this stage is dynamic and is determined solely by airport security authorities.

Platinum Aviation 516870417 – PLATINUM AVIATION LTD and/or Laufer-GHI have no control over the location designated by the authorities.

5.2 Stage 2 – Check-In and Baggage Drop

Following security screening, baggage tags are issued and baggage is checked in.

Our staff will make every operationally possible effort to facilitate and expedite this process.

5.3 Stage 3 – Security Area – Screening and Physical Inspection

This area is under the full control of airport security authorities and includes X-ray screening and physical security checks.

Multiple lanes may be available, including standard, business, and special-assistance lanes.

Our representative will seek to direct passengers to the fastest available lane according to operational circumstances.

Delays, congestion, and lane closures may occur and are entirely outside the control of Platinum Aviation 516870417 – PLATINUM AVIATION LTD and/or Laufer-GHI.

No intervention in this stage of the process is possible.

5.4 Stage 4 – Passport Control

Our team will provide all available assistance to facilitate the passport-control process.

The Platinum Lite service includes assistance up to passport control only.

5.5 Service Timing

Standard departure service is scheduled as follows:

Scheduled meeting time: exactly 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight.

Maximum service window: 2 hours from the approved service start time.

Estimated total service duration: up to 2 hours.

Early arrival by the passenger does not guarantee an earlier service start.

The company is not obligated to accept passengers before the meeting time specified in the official reservation.

If a passenger arrives early, the company is not available to begin service, and the passenger decides not to wait until the scheduled meeting time, the service will nevertheless be considered fully chargeable.

Any additional time beyond the standard two-hour service window will be charged separately and is subject to staff availability.

6. TARMAC SERVICE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

6.1 Scope of Service

Tarmac service is a premium package that may include:

  • Vehicle access to the tarmac where applicable

  • Check-in assistance

  • Security processing

  • Related airport procedures

Terminal facilities, including but not limited to Wi-Fi, television, lounge equipment, and other terminal services, are operated exclusively by the terminal operator.

Any change to the arrival or departure of the flight that requires airside vehicle service from the airline and/or Israel Airports Authority and affects the scheduled meeting time will be handled with reasonable efforts to coordinate a revised arrangement.

However, no guarantee is provided that the original meeting time can be renewed or changed.

Such changes require approvals and additional logistics.

Platinum Aviation 516870417 – PLATINUM AVIATION LTD and Laufer-GHI are not responsible for renewing or changing the meeting time.

The service will remain fully chargeable.

If the aircraft is parked at a remote stand:

The tarmac service will be provided as booked, including vehicle transportation between the aircraft and the terminal.

If the aircraft is parked at a terminal gate with an attached airbridge:

Tarmac service cannot be provided because airport safety and security regulations strictly prohibit vehicle access to airbridge areas.

6.4 Tarmac Service – Refund and Compensation Policy

Because the vehicle, driver, and operational arrangements are confirmed and costs are committed at the time of reservation, no refund, rescheduling, credit, or compensation of any kind shall be provided if tarmac service cannot be delivered due to the aircraft’s parking location.

This includes, but is not limited to, aircraft parking at an airbridge or another restricted area.

The no-refund policy applies regardless of whether the parking-location change occurs with short notice or without prior warning.

6.5 Customer Acknowledgment – Tarmac Service

  • Inability to provide tarmac service due to aircraft parking location does not constitute grounds for a refund, credit, or compensation.

  • All arrangements are made in good faith based on the flight information provided at the time of booking.

  • The aircraft parking position is determined exclusively by the airport and airline authorities and is completely outside the control of Platinum Aviation 516870417 – PLATINUM AVIATION LTD.

Each reservation includes a standard coverage window of up to 2 hours from the originally scheduled service time.

Any arrival delay of 30 minutes or more that requires airside vehicle service will require a new availability check.

The company is not obligated to confirm renewed availability due to staffing limitations, operational restrictions, required approvals, or other circumstances.

The service will remain fully chargeable, and the customer should direct any compensation claim relating to the delay to the operating airline.

7.2 Extended Waiting Time

No extended waiting time is included.
