Cancellation Policy

At Platinum Aviation, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly.
To provide flexible service while maintaining the highest standards, the following is our
official cancellation policy for VIP and fast-track services at Ben Gurion Airport:

🛫 Airport Services (Ben Gurion and Other Locations)

  • Early Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be charged 100% of the booking.

✈️ Flight-Related Cancellations or Changes

  • Notice more than 24 hours before service: We will attempt to reschedule (subject to availability). If rescheduling is not possible, a 50% refund will be issued.
  • Notice within 24 hours: Adjustments may be attempted but are not guaranteed. If staff was already scheduled, no refund will be issued.
  • Notice within 12 hours or less: No refund will be provided. Booking will be considered a No Show.

⚠️ Important: Once the booking is confirmed, staff schedules are fixed. Any airline-related changes within 24 hours remain the client’s responsibility.

🛂 Passport / Border Control Issues

If a passenger is denied entry or stopped due to passport, visa, or prohibited items,
the service will end immediately, and full charges will apply. No refund will be issued.

⏰ Urgent / Last-Minute Bookings

  • Passport Services – Platinum Farewell / Lite: Bookings made less than 24 hours before service will incur a 25% surcharge plus 4% credit card fee.
  • Private Lounge Services (Fattal & Arbel): Bookings within 24 hours will incur a ₪300 surcharge. Service time is scheduled by our team two hours before departure.

📝 Refund Process

If eligible, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within several business days.

✅ Agreement Confirmation

By completing payment, clients confirm that they have read and agreed to this cancellation policy and its terms.

⚠️ Important Terms

Booking Confirmation and Meeting Time

  • Confirmation includes meeting time, set 2 hours before flight departure.
  • Clients arriving earlier must wait until the official meeting time.
  • Early accommodation may be attempted if staff is available but is not guaranteed.

Airport Congestion

  • Delays of up to 15 minutes may occur during peak times, holidays, or emergencies.
  • Responsibility for understanding this delay lies with the client.

Additional Passengers / Luggage

  • Extra passengers or luggage beyond the booking will incur additional charges.
  • Refusal to pay, or disruptive behavior, allows immediate cancellation with full charges.

Improper Behavior

Any rude behavior, harassment, or offensive language toward staff allows us to terminate the service and charge the full amount.
